Custom Texture Build UV Printed Leatherette Hat Patches

• Default size: Unless another size is specified, we will size the patch so it reaches either 2.25 inches tall or 4 inches wide, whichever limit comes first. Other sizes are available by request.
• Shape: Die cut to follow the outside shape of your artwork unless you request a circle, oval, rectangle, shield, or another shape.
• Raised detail: Selected areas can be built with layered UV ink up to approximately 1 mm for added depth and dimension.
• Spot gloss: Optional spot gloss can be applied to selected areas for additional shine and contrast.
• Materials: Premium leatherette with USA-made heat-activated adhesives.

These are not molded PVC patches. Texture build UV printing creates a similar raised, dimensional appearance on premium leatherette without requiring a mold or tooling. Learn more about UV printed hat patches and other custom hat patch options.

Upload your finished artwork and add notes identifying your desired size, shape, leatherette color, which areas should be raised, and where spot gloss should be applied.

Preferred files: AI, EPS, SVG, vector PDF with text converted to outlines, or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. JPG files may work, but quality depends on the original image.

AI-generated artwork: Must be high resolution with a clean, clearly defined outside edge. Do not include shadows, glows, faded edges, or background effects. Use a solid white or transparent background.

Artwork must be complete, correctly spelled, and ready to print. The listed price does not include logo recreation, design work, extensive cleanup, color matching, or vectorization. Free mockups are not provided before purchase. Submitted colors will be printed as provided unless changes are requested. If we find an issue that could prevent clean production, we will contact you.
