Proof Engraving is a custom production shop based in Greenville, Kentucky. We specialize in wholesale hat patches and custom logo hats, with laser engraving, full-color UV printing, raised texture build, merrowed edges, and embroidery produced in-house. We serve apparel decorators, brands, businesses, organizations, and individuals across the United States.

From One Laser to a Full Production Shop

Proof Engraving started in 2021 with one diode laser and a focus on making custom work correctly. Since then, we have grown into a production shop equipped to take a project from customer artwork to a finished product under one roof.

Our professional equipment includes Mimaki UV printing, Trotec laser cutting and engraving, Happy embroidery, and Merrow edge finishing. Those names matter less than the results they help us deliver: crisp detail, accurate cuts, consistent color, clean finishing, and dependable repeat orders.

What We Make

Hat patches and custom hats are the core of our business. Our patch options include laser-engraved leatherette, UV printed leatherette, raised texture build, and merrowed styles. We can supply heat press-ready patches for your shop or apply them to finished hats for you.

We also produce embroidered apparel, stickers, tumblers, accessories, and other branded products when a customer needs more than patches and hats.

Built for Small Runs and Wholesale Production

We work with screen-printing shops, embroidery shops, apparel decorators, businesses, and brands that need a dependable production partner. Depending on the product, orders can range from a single piece to thousands. Most direct patch orders ship within 48 hours or less, although large quantities, specialty work, and artwork needs may require additional time.

Every order is produced with careful attention to the artwork, materials, finish, and deadline. If something does not meet our standards, it does not leave the shop.

We are proud to produce our work in Greenville, Kentucky. Local pickup is available by arrangement, and we ship orders throughout Kentucky and across the country.
