Custom UV Printed Glow-in-the-Dark Leatherette Hat Patches

Custom UV printed glow-in-the-dark leatherette hat patches made in Kentucky for apparel decorators, brands, businesses, and organizations. Order one patch or thousands with no minimum. Each full-color custom logo patch is printed on a Mimaki UV printer, then precision cut on a Trotec laser.

Product Details

• Glow effect: The material charges through exposure to light and glows in the dark. Unprinted or lightly printed areas show the strongest glow. Brightness and duration vary with light exposure, printed coverage, and viewing conditions.
• Default size: Unless another size is specified, we will size the patch so it reaches either 2.25 inches tall or 4 inches wide, whichever limit comes first. Other sizes are available by request.
• Shape: Die cut to follow the outside shape of your artwork unless you request a circle, oval, rectangle, shield, or another shape.
• Wholesale pricing: Bulk discounts are calculated in the cart.

Materials and Adhesive

These heat press-ready patches are made with glow-in-the-dark leatherette and high-quality, USA-made heat-activated adhesives from trusted suppliers, including LoneStar and Hydbond.

Application Instructions

A dual-platen hat press is highly recommended. A single-platen press may also be used with adjusted settings. See our Hat Patch Application Instructions.

Production and Shipping

Most direct orders ship within 48 hours or less, depending on quantity, artwork, and the current production schedule. We ship across the United States.

How to Order and Artwork Requirements

Upload your finished artwork, select your quantity, and add any special production notes. Designs with intentional open or lightly printed areas allow more of the glow effect to show.

Preferred files: AI, EPS, SVG, vector PDF with text converted to outlines, or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. JPG files may work, but quality depends on the original image.

AI-generated artwork: Must be high resolution with a clean, clearly defined outside edge. Do not include shadows, glows, faded edges, or background effects. Use a solid white or transparent background.

Artwork must be complete, correctly spelled, and ready to print. The listed price does not include logo recreation, design work, extensive cleanup, or vectorization. Free mockups are not provided before purchase. If we find an issue that could prevent clean production, we will contact you.
